By creating an account or using ZETT, you agree to these Terms. If you use ZETT on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company.
ZETT provides workspace tools for video freelancers and small agencies (clients, projects, quotes, review, portal, invoicing helpers). Features and limits depend on your plan or trial status.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your workspace. Keep invite links and portal tokens confidential. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of content you upload (videos, files, client data). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate ZETT for you and your invited clients/collaborators. You confirm you have rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
Do not misuse ZETT (including attempting unauthorized access, scraping private media, abusing email/invite systems, uploading malware, or using the product for unlawful content). We may suspend accounts that create security or abuse risk.
Plan limits (projects, clients, seats, storage) are enforced server-side. Trial and paid access may be provisioned manually during soft launch. Fees, renewals, and cancellations for paid plans will be confirmed at checkout or via sales; unpaid or expired access may reduce or block workspace features.
ZETT relies on providers such as Supabase, Cloudflare, and Resend. Their availability and terms affect the service. Optional integrations you enable (e.g. accounting) are between you and that provider.
ZETT is provided "as is" during soft launch. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
You may stop using ZETT and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the platform.
